For DEAs: We offer ongoing, fairly paid work across surveys and installation projects.

How It Works as a DEA

1. A short application form is submitted.
2. Qualifications are verified, followed by a brief screening call for suitable candidates.
3. A non-exclusive partnership offer is issued, including postcode areas to be covered.
4. Full training is provided on the retrofit modelling software.
5. Private landlord referrals are made through the partner's existing network.
6. Survey scheduling and project management are coordinated centrally, while the DEA remains the main local point of contact.

What we need from you

A current, accurate EPC for each property

We use the EPC as the part of the basis for our analysis, so it must reflect the property accurately.

A property LiDAR scan

A quick scan and some simple data entry capture everything needed for installation planning and heat pump sizing.

Site observations

Understanding how installs are delivered requires attention to specific factors — our training covers exactly what to look for.
